Sportswomen Miesha Tate

 

Miesha Theresa Tate is an American mixed-martial artist. She was born on August 18th, 1986. She is a participant in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and was a former UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion. Tate earlier competed in Strikeforce in which she was the Strikeforce Women’s Bantamweight Champion. Tate was vice-president of ONE Championship. She currently ranks 10 in UFC women's bantamweight ranking at the time of her entry on October 3rd, 2022.



 



 Childhood and early life



 Tate was the daughter of Michelle Tate and Robert Schmidt. Tate was born in Tacoma, Washington. As a child Tate often played with the boys from her neighborhood at the playgrounds.
